All orders typically take 3-5 business days to process.  

Backordered Items

All items on backorder will be processed when they are back in stock. 

Calculations/Carriers

In order to serve our customers with the best shipping rates and times, we use the best techniques and technology we can for pre-sale shipping calculations.  However, due to the large number of variables with product weights, product sizes, shipping cartons, shipping zones and carrier calculations there are some instances where the carrier (USPS, UPS or DHL) will be changed from the original carrier chosen on the order to another shipping provider in order to lower our costs. We aim to keep shipping costs down so that we may pass along the savings to our customers.
